This document outlines the official warranty policy of Worldcustomtable for all wooden table products sold by the company. The policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction, clarify service responsibilities, and provide standardized after-sales support. The terms are as follows:
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
This warranty applies to all wooden table products manufactured and sold by Worldcustomtable, including but not limited to resin-integrated tables and solid wood tables. The coverage is valid across residential, commercial, and professional design applications.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY
The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery, as determined by the official shipping receipt. During this period, the company agrees to provide complimentary repair services for product defects that fall within the following conditions:
1. Peeling of surface paint or protective coating not resulting from external physical damage.
2. The emergence of minor, non-structural cracks on the tabletop surface due to material behavior under standard usage.
These services are provided free of charge, contingent upon verification by the company’s technical team.
COVERAGE AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Under this warranty, Worldcustomtable will provide the following services at no cost to the customer:
1. Supply of necessary repair materials, including but not limited to paint, hard wax oil, and sealants suitable for marble or wood-resin interfaces.
2. Provision of tools or guidance required for the repair process.
3. Remote technical assistance where applicable, enabling qualified customers to complete minor repairs independently.
On-site repair services are not included; customer cooperation is required to facilitate the process.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact the Worldcustomtable customer service department at support@worldcustomtable.com. The customer is required to submit a detailed written description of the issue along with photographic or video documentation. Upon internal evaluation and approval, the company will dispatch the necessary materials and provide relevant instructions.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
1. Damage caused by misuse, intentional or accidental impact, or mishandling during transportation or installation.
2. Damage resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or elevated temperatures.
3. Modifications, repairs, or disassembly performed by third parties not authorized by Worldcustomtable.
MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES
To maximize product lifespan and preserve aesthetic quality, the customer is advised to follow the recommendations below:
1. Avoid exposing the table to direct sunlight, excessively humid conditions, or high-temperature environments.
2. Perform regular surface cleaning using pH-neutral cleaning agents to prevent chemical degradation.
3. Refrain from placing sharp, abrasive, or high-temperature objects directly on the tabletop.
4. Periodically inspect joints, screws, and connecting components for signs of loosening, and tighten as necessary.

DISCLAIMER ON NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS
All products made with natural wood inherently possess individual characteristics, including but not limited to knots, burls, color variations, mineral streaks, insect marks, gum lines, hairline cracks, and end checks. These features are integral to the natural identity of the material and shall not be interpreted as defects or grounds for warranty claims. Such variations highlight the uniqueness of each handcrafted table and are considered part of its intrinsic value.
