Warranty Period
From the date of delivery, within 1 year, we will provide free repair services.
Warranty Content
1. Material quality issues:If epoxy resin tables experience cracks, layering, discoloration, etc. due to defects of the material itself, we will provide service under normal usage conditions.
2. Manufacturing process defects: The situation where the malfunction caused by process errors affects the use.
Non-warranty Coverage
1. Inappropriate use or abuse: Damage caused international or accidental user misconduct, such as using a sharp object to scratch the surface, overweight use causing structural damage to the surface, and placing a hot object directly on the surface causing damage to epoxy.
2. Normal wear: Slight scratches and wear that occur during normal use are normal phenomena and are not covered by the warranty.
3. Unauthorized repair or modification: If the user repairs, modifies, or disassembles the table on their own, any resulting problems will void the warranty.
4.Environmental factor impact: If deformation or damage is caused by long-term exposure to harsh environmental conditions ( Such as long-term exposure to sunlight, high-humidity environments, etc.) and these environments exceed the product’s designed environmental use standard.
Warranty Service
If the customer discovers a problem that may be within the warranty period of the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. To initiate the warranty service, please cooperate with us by providing clear pictures or videos of the described issue. We will provide the necessary parts for repairs.
