Q: When Can I Receive My Custom Epoxy Table After Payment?
A: If everything goes smoothly, your custom epoxy table will be completed and delivered within 8-10 weeks after you approve the design. For more details, please see our Shipping&Delivery Policy.
Q: What Are My Shipping Options?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange expedited shipping.
All orders include Free Standard Shipping, which is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the table as close to your home as possible, typically to your driveway or front steps. Unloading and bringing the table inside will be your responsibility.
If you prefer, we can arrange Full-Service Delivery, which includes unloading and moving the table into your home. This service requires an additional $800 handling fee to cover labor costs. (Please note that if a forklift is needed and provided by the delivery company from the nearest terminal, extra fees may apply due to daily rental charges. To help reduce these costs, we recommend arranging local forklift rentals when possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.)
Q: Does the Custom Table Come with a Warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a warranty for our custom epoxy resin tables, typically for one year. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. If any issues arise during use, please contact us promptly, and we will provide repairs or replacements as needed. For more details, please see our Warranty Policy.
Q: Is Assembly Required?
A: Our tables usually need just a bit of simple assembly, mostly just attaching the legs to the tabletop. For bigger tables, it’s best to have two people work together. You’ll only need a screwdriver or drill to get it done.
If you choose the pad mounting option, no tools are needed at all. The pads keep everything stable without drilling into the tabletop, so your table stays looking perfect.

A: We proudly serve the U.S. market with a curated selection of premium hardwoods from around the world. Our core materials include Black Walnut, Walnut, and Ash, which are primarily sourced from within the United States for their rich character and reliability. We also incorporate rare and distinctive woods such as Italian Olive, French Poplar Burl, and Japanese Cedar. These unique materials give each table its own story and natural beauty.
