SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (excluding certain remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Oregon). You will not incur any extra shipping fees for your order.

For shipments to Canada and certain remote area such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Oregon, as well as locations requiring ferry transport to American islands, shipping fees apply according to the location and distance. Please contact us in advance for specific shipping costs and delivery times before placing your order.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer global shipping to customers outside of the United States. Shipping fees for international orders will vary based on the destination and size of the goods. To receive an accurate shipping quote, please contact us directly before placing your order.

SHIPMENT METHODS

We work with trusted global carriers, such as DHL and FedEx, to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For custom tables, a CAD drawing will be provided for your approval.we will confirm your order details and contact information before shipping. For in-stock tables, we will confirm your order details and contact information before shipping. Please note: No orders will be shipped without your confirmation, so kindly respond promptly to avoid delays.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

All our products are carefully packed using reinforced Styrofoam and heavy-duty plywood crates to protect your items during transit. We take every effort to ensure your table arrives in perfect condition, safeguarding it from potential shipping damage.

PROCESSING TIME

For in-stock tables, Please allow approximately 15-20 business days for refinishing, final quality inspection, and packaging, plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Due to current peak seasons, some shipments may arrive later than expected. the estimated processing and delivery time is approximately 25-40 business days.

For custom tables, the process starts once we receive your approval of the CAD drawing. Please allow approximately 30-35 business days for production, final quality inspection, and packaging. After that, an additional 3-5 business days will be required for shipping. Due to current peak seasons, some shipments may arrive later than expected. The total estimated processing and delivery time is approximately 40-50 business days.

DELIVERED

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email and provide you with the tracking information for your package! Note: Regarding the tracking number, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website.
