Ordering and delivery

What is the lead time for a custom table?

If everything goes smoothly, The standard lead time for custom tables is 8-10 weeks from the date of approved drawings. Due to our skilled artisans' meticulous craftsmanship of handcrafting each table, a reasonable production duration is necessary. Perfection takes patience.

Do you have in-stock tables available?

Yes, we offer well-crafted resin tables that are in stock and ready for fast delivery with free curbside shipping.

Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?

Usually, after you place your order, our workshop will hand-select the wood and create a CAD drawing within 24–48 hours for your review. All changes can be made before the drawing is approved.

Once the drawing is approved, major design changes are generally not possible because production may have already started.

If changes are absolutely necessary, a modification fee will apply, typically ranging from $200–$600 depending on the order specifications.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I receive updates during the production process?

Yes. From material selection and design approval to production and shipping, we provide regular, detailed updates so you can track the progress of your custom table and be confident that the final product will meet your expectations.

Where do you ship from?

We are a direct manufacturer. Our tables are crafted overseas and then shipped to our local warehouses in California (CA) and New Jersey (NJ), before being delivered by truck directly to your doorstep or garage (where accessible). This approach allows us to offer highly competitive pricing, which is one of our biggest advantages.

We use wood sourced from century-old trees, giving each table outstanding durability and timeless beauty—key factors to consider when choosing a custom piece. Our goal is to create a table that not only meets your needs today but also becomes a cherished centerpiece in your home for years to come.

For many years, we’ve been supplying tables to the local market, collaborating closely with contractors, homeowners, and design professionals.

Do you provide shipping and in-home installation?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping and optional professional white-glove in-home installation. Here’s how it works:

Tables under 90 inches: Free shipping includes curbside delivery to the closest accessible point, like your front door or garage.

Tables over 90 inches: Free shipping is included, but unloading is not. Large tables may require a forklift and extra personnel from the nearest terminal; if our team handles unloading, an additional $600 fee applies.

White-glove in-home installation: Typically $800, covering full setup inside your home.

Restricted-access locations (narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, steep driveways, or upstairs delivery) require white-glove service, and a custom quote will cover the extra logistics and labor.

What is white-glove delivery?

White-glove delivery is a premium service that goes beyond standard shipping. It includes:

  • Delivery to your home and placement in the desired room (e.g., living room, bedroom, office)

  • Unpacking and assembly of furniture or equipment

  • Positioning and leveling of items according to your preference

  • Removal of packaging materials

  • Handling deliveries to restricted-access locations (stairs, narrow hallways, steep driveways, construction zones)

  • Optional setup or installation services

In short, white-glove delivery provides full-service, hassle-free delivery, setup, and cleanup.

Note: The displayed price is the base price for an 72‘’L×36‘’W rectangular table. Final pricing varies based on size and selected options. Once dimensions and custom features are confirmed, we’ll provide a full quote. For example, a 60"x120" olive wood resin table is priced at $7,038.36.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Your card will be charged only after your order has been shipped.

We also accept PayPal as a payment method. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the official PayPal website to log in and complete your payment. Once the transaction is successfully processed, you will be automatically redirected back to our website.

Can I pay a deposit to secure my order?

Yes. You can pay a deposit upfront, usually 30% of the order total, to reserve your order. The remaining balance is typically due before production or before shipment, depending on the payment plan agreed upon at the time of order.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Does the price include shipping and customs duties?

It depends on your location and order type:

  • U.S. orders: The listed price includes shipping, curbside delivery, and applicable sales tax.

  • International orders: The listed price does not include shipping or customs duties. Customers can either contact us at info@worldcustomtable.com for a shipping and duties quote or handle shipping and customs fees themselves.

Does your price include white-glove delivery?

No, white-glove delivery is not included in the standard quote.

  • White-glove in-home installation typically costs $800 and includes full setup inside your home.

Returns

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@worldcustomtable.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it for you free of charge. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it after delivery, but a 30% shipping fee will apply to cover transportation and handling costs.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with the finished product?

Yes, but returns are accepted under certain conditions:

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for free before it ships. Once the item has shipped, a 30% shipping fee applies and a full refund is not possible.

Product Quality Issues: If the product is damaged during shipping or the wrong item is received, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. Once received, you may choose either a replacement custom item or a full refund.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping: If the damage or mistake is our fault, we cover the return shipping. Returns due to personal reasons are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my table arrives damaged?

If your table arrives damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify our customer service team within 5 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence: Send clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  3. Return or Replacement: After reviewing your case, we will either arrange a return and remake your table or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: If the damage was caused by us, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Please inspect your table carefully upon delivery, as claims submitted after 5 business days may not be accepted.

Design & Customization

What customization options do you provide?

We offer a wide range of customization options so you can create a table that perfectly fits your space and style. Available options include:

Wood Type – Choose from premium hardwoods such as black walnut, walnut, golden camphor, olive, or poplar to match your design aesthetic.

Resin Color & Style – Select from a variety of epoxy resin colors and effects (ocean blue, black, gray, emerald green, etc.) to create river tables, wave designs, or artistic inlays.

Table Shape & Size – Customize the table shape (rectangular, oval, round, live edge, etc.) and exact dimensions to fit your space and seating needs.

Edge Detail & Surface Finish – Choose edge styles (live edge, square edge, waterfall edge) and surface finishes (glossy or matte) to achieve the look and feel you desire.

Leg & Base Style – Select legs or bases that complement your design, such as metal bases or wooden legs. Legs can also be fully customized based on customer requirements.

Special Features – Certain custom projects may include additional design elements, such as embedded LED lighting in a resin river or other artistic effects (where available).

Can you make LED-lit tables?

Is it possible to embed personal keepsakes in a resin table?

Yes! You can embed personal mementos or small items in a resin table. Please contact us at info@worldcustomtable.com first for a custom quote. Once you approve the price, you can send us the items you wish to include, and we will safely incorporate them into your custom table design.

How is the LED lighting powered?

We usually offer two power options for the lighting. You can choose either an electrical plug-in version or a battery-powered version with a replaceable battery and an on/off switch, depending on your preference.

Warranty

What is the warranty period and what does it include?

Warranty Period: 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery.

Coverage: The warranty applies only to product quality issues, including:

Surface paint or protective coating peeling or minor scratches not caused by external damage

Minor, non-structural cracks on the tabletop due to normal material behavior under standard use

Warranty Services:

Free provision of repair materials, such as paint, hard wax oil, or sealants

Guidance and tools needed for repairs

Remote technical support to assist customers in completing minor repairs independently

On-site assistance may be provided if necessary, with customer cooperation

Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, long-term exposure to direct sunlight, high heat, or excessive humidity

Unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered

Care & Maintenance

Can the resin wood table be used in an outdoor garden?

The table is primarily designed for indoor use. Short-term placement near windows or outdoors is generally fine, but we recommend using protective mats to safeguard the tabletop. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or outdoor conditions may cause wood cracking, resin discoloration, or leg deformation. In humid or very dry environments, regularly inspect the tabletop and wood, and perform routine maintenance to preserve the table’s stability and longevity.

How should I care for my epoxy resin table?

Follow these simple steps to keep your custom epoxy resin table looking beautiful and lasting for years:

Clean with mild soap and warm water
Use a microfiber cloth, soft T-shirt, or paper towels with mild soap and warm water to gently wipe the surface.

Use a glass cleaner or multi-surface spray
Glass cleaners work well on epoxy and can also help sanitize. Use a microfiber or soft cloth to remove dust and stubborn spots like dried food or sticky residue.

Disinfect safely
For disinfection, use a diluted bleach solution (1/4 cup bleach per gallon of cold water) or a diluted alcohol spray. Wear gloves, wet the surface thoroughly, let it sit for 30 seconds, and then wipe dry. Avoid frequent bleach use to protect the glossy finish.

Protect your table

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the surface for long periods.

  • Never place hot items directly on the table; use heat-resistant mats.

  • Avoid scratches by not using sharp or pointed objects directly on the surface.

  • Clean spills immediately, especially acidic or staining liquids like red wine or coffee.

Move your table carefully
Always lift your table when moving it. Do not drag it to prevent stress or damage to legs and joints.

Regular inspection and maintenance
Check for scratches or wear regularly. Minor scratches can be smoothed with fine sandpaper and polished. For dull or heavily scratched surfaces, consider reapplying an epoxy layer.
