Q: Where Do You Source Your Wood?
A: We proudly serve the U.S. market with a curated selection of premium hardwoods from around the world. Our core materials include Black Walnut, Walnut, and Ash, which are primarily sourced from within the United States for their rich character and reliability. We also incorporate rare and distinctive woods such as Italian Olive, French Poplar Burl, and Japanese Cedar. These unique materials give each table its own story and natural beauty. Q: When Can I Receive My Custom Epoxy Table After Payment?
A: If everything goes smoothly, your custom epoxy table will be completed and delivered within 8-10 weeks after you approve the design. For more details, please see our Shipping&Delivery Policy.
Q: What Are My Shipping Options?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please contact us if you would like to arrange expedited shipping. All orders include Free Standard Shipping, which is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the table as close to your home as possible, typically to your driveway or front steps. Unloading and bringing the table inside will be your responsibility. If you prefer, we can arrange Full-Service Delivery, which includes unloading and moving the table into your home. This service requires an additional $800 handling fee to cover labor costs. (Please note that if a forklift is needed and provided by the delivery company from the nearest terminal, extra fees may apply due to daily rental charges. To help reduce these costs, we recommend arranging local forklift rentals when possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.)
Q: Is Assembly Required?
A: Our tables usually need just a bit of simple assembly, mostly just attaching the legs to the tabletop. For bigger tables, it’s best to have two people work together. You’ll only need a screwdriver or drill to get it done. If you choose the pad mounting option, no tools are needed at all. The pads keep everything stable without drilling into the tabletop, so your table stays looking perfect.
Q: Does the Custom Table Come with a Warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a warranty for our custom epoxy resin tables, typically for one year. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. If any issues arise during use, please contact us promptly, and we will provide repairs or replacements as needed. For more details, please see our Warranty Policy.
Q: What If My Item Is Damaged in Shipping?
A: Please take photos of the damage and we will make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Q: Why Does the Wood Have Natural Imperfections?
A: Wood is a natural material that expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. This natural movement often results in knots, cracks, wormholes, and other unique features that give each piece its own distinct character and story. These are not flaws but authentic marks that enhance the beauty and uniqueness of real wood. For minor gaps that do not affect structural integrity, we carefully fill them with clear epoxy resin to ensure a smooth surface. Larger cracks are reinforced with butterfly keys combined with epoxy to provide added stability and durability. Because every piece of wood is truly one of a kind, no two tables are exactly alike. The photos you see online showcase past creations; your table will meet the same high-quality standards while featuring its own unique grain patterns, color variations, and natural characteristics. It is these natural imperfections that bring genuine charm and timeless beauty to handcrafted wood furniture. Q: How Do You Clean an Epoxy Table?
A: Soap and warm water work great for cleaning. Avoid using vinegar, its acetic acid can damage the surface over time. Stay away from strong chemicals like acetone or paint thinners. For more information, please refer to our Care & Maintenance guide.
Q: Can I Use Clorox Wipes on My Epoxy Resin Table?
A: It’s best to avoid harsh chemicals like Clorox wipes on your epoxy resin table. Strong cleaners and bleach-based products can dull the finish, cause staining, or even damage the epoxy over time. Stick to mild, non-abrasive cleaners to keep your table looking its best. For more information, please refer to our Care & Maintenance guide.
Q: What If There Are Air Bubbles in My Epoxy Resin?
A: If you spot small air bubbles trapped beneath the surface, a light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper will help smooth them out. After sanding, wipe the surface clean with acetone to remove any residue. For best results, always work in a dust-free environment and allow the epoxy to fully cure between coats. For more information, please refer to our Care & Maintenance guide.
