Sure. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and our warranty ensures that in case of any manufacturing defects within six months, we will take responsibility for reparing or replacing the item.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal waer and tear. For fetailed information about the warranty terms and conditions, please refer to our Warranty or contact our customer service team.

We accept cancellationsfor a valid reason within 6 hours after you place an order. Please make sure all details are correct and taht you are satisfied with the size and design of your item during placing your order.

Since our products are custom-made, once they are in production or in transit, they cannot be canceled.

We commence the crafting process promptly upon receiving your order. Due to this reason, canceled items are hard for us to resell. Hence, there is a 30% cancellation fee for orders canceled after 72 hours of being placed.

Returns are permitted within 15 working days after delivery. However, custom items, showroom pieces, and some special orders cannot be returned. For further details, refer to our Return & Refunds.

Each type of table has a variety of styles, sizes and colors to choose from. You can choose according to your preferences and space needs.

  1. To begin the customization process, you can visit our customization page and fill out the customization form. Alternatively, contact us directly to discuss your custom table requiremnts.
  2. According to your requirements , we will design your table and provide a detailed quotation.
  3. Once you are completely satisfied and ready to move forward, we will start crafting your custom table.
  4. Through the production process, we will keep you informed by providing the latest production pictures.
  5. Upon completion, you will receive detailed images for final approval before shipment.

We offer a range of high-quality and environmentally friendly materials such as black walnut, walnut, poplar,ash, olive and cunninghamia.

Delivery

Custom epoxy resin tables generally need 45-50 working days from the approval of the CAD drawing until production is completed. If you choose to modify your table's specifications during this time or if the final product is not accepted, be aware that it might affect the schedule.

For in-stock products, delivery will take up to 30-40 working days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Once your order leaves our production facility, a tracking number will be provided to you. Additionally, one of our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivering your order.
