In-stock Tables: 15-25 business days for refinishing and packaging, plus 10-15 business days for shipping (total 25-40 business days).
Custom Tables: 30-35 business days for production, plus 10-15 business days for shipping (total 40-50 business days).Due to our skilled artisans' meticulous craftsmanship of handcrafting each table, a reasonable production duration is necessary. Perfection takes patience.

Order Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation within 14 Days
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for free at any time before it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, a 30% shipping fee will apply to cover transportation and handling costs.
Please note that after the product has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery or issue a full refund.
Return & Refund Policy
To protect your rights and interests, if you are not satisfied due to product quality issues (such as damage during transportation or receiving the wrong item), you may contact us within 5 business days after receiving the product to request a return, and return the table to our warehouse within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item, we will either remake a new custom table for you or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Return Conditions
Eligibility:Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
Product Condition:Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received, unless the defect or damage occurred during shipping.
Original Packaging:All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transport.
Return Request Period:Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to request a return, and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of Purchase:A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Return Authorization:Please contact our customer service team before returning any item to confirm the return address and procedure. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Policy
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, please notify us within 3-5 business days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of both the product and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a return or a remake for you and cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose.
Important Reminders
Please carefully inspect your item upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defect, or incorrect product, contact us via worldcustomtable.com within 5 business days and provide clear photos as evidence.
Claims submitted after 5 business days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Signing the delivery receipt or installing the product is considered acceptance of its condition.
As all our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept return or refund requests for delays caused by force majeure events or personal reasons from the customer.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier or customs clearance. Any rush order fees incurred will not be refunded due to such delays.
Refund
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your returned table. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations (excluding payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, embargoes, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, actions of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
The affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of any Force Majeure Event, providing reasonable details and the expected duration. The affected party’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and performance deadlines extended accordingly.
If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice, without liability, except for obligations accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event. Buyer shall be responsible for any collection costs, including court costs and attorney fees.
Worldcustomtable reserves all legal rights, including lien rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
