Upon approval, we will begin crafting your table. Due to our skilled artisans’ meticulous handcrafting process, production typically takes approximately 30 to 35 business days. Perfection takes patience.
6. Final Product Confirmation:
Before shipping, we will send photos of the finished table for your final approval.
7. Shipping & Tracking:
Once approved, we will arrange shipment and provide tracking information via email.

When can I receive my custom epoxy table after payment?

If everything goes smoothly, your custom epoxy table will be completed and delivered within 8-10 weeks after you approve the design. For more details, please see our Shipping&Delivery Policy.

Is the table free delivered to my home or just curbside?

All orders include Free Standard Shipping, which is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the table as close to your home as possible, typically to your driveway or front steps. Unloading and bringing the table inside will be your responsibility.

If you prefer, we can arrange Full-Service Delivery, which includes unloading and moving the table into your home. This service requires an additional $800 handling fee to cover labor costs.

Does the custom table come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty for our custom epoxy resin tables, typically for one year. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship.
