Design & Approval Process:

After your order is placed, our workshop will hand-select the wood and create a CAD drawing within 24–48 hours for your review.

If you’d prefer to see the design before paying in full, you can reserve your order with a $500 refundable deposit. This allows us to start wood selection and drafting. If you’re happy with the design, you can complete the payment. If not, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. (excluding certain remote areas like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Oregon). For shipments to Canada or remote areas, shipping fees apply based on location and distance. Please contact us for specific shipping costs before placing your order.

In-stock Tables: 15-25 business days for refinishing and packaging, plus 10-15 business days for shipping (total 25-40 business days).
Custom Tables: 30-35 business days for production, plus 10-15 business days for shipping (total 40-50 business days).Due to our skilled artisans' meticulous craftsmanship of handcrafting each table, a reasonable production duration is necessary. Perfection takes patience.

Review and approve the design drawing to confirm all details before we begin production.
5. Production:
Upon approval, we will begin crafting your table. Due to our skilled artisans’ meticulous handcrafting process, production typically takes approximately 30 to 35 business days. Perfection takes patience.
6. Final Product Confirmation:
Before shipping, we will send photos of the finished table for your final approval.
7. Shipping & Tracking:
Once approved, we will arrange shipment and provide tracking information via email.

When can I receive my custom epoxy table after payment?

If everything goes smoothly, your custom epoxy table will be completed and delivered within 8-10 weeks after you approve the design. For more details, please see our Shipping&Delivery Policy.

Is the table free delivered to my home or just curbside?

All orders include Free Standard Shipping, which is curbside delivery. The driver will deliver the table as close to your home as possible, typically to your driveway or front steps. Unloading and bringing the table inside will be your responsibility.

If you prefer, we can arrange Full-Service Delivery, which includes unloading and moving the table into your home. This service requires an additional $800 handling fee to cover labor costs.

Does the custom table come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a warranty for our custom epoxy resin tables, typically for one year. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship.
