If you need to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and before production begins, we’ll make it easy for you. Simply reach out, and we’ll process your cancellation with no hassle. Order Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Within 14 Days
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product has not entered production. you will receive a full refund in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.If your order has already entered production or is almost finished, it can still be canceled before shipment, but a 30% restocking fee will apply due to the difficulty of reselling custom-made products.Please note that once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return & Refund Policy
To protect your rights and interests, if you are not satisfied due to product quality issues (such as damage during transportation or incorrect items received), you may request a return within 3-5 business days after receiving the product. Based on your preference, we will either remake a new custom table for you or issue a full refund.
Return Conditions
1.The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
2.The product must be returned in its original packaging.
3.A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process your return.
4.Please contact our customer service team before returning your item to confirm the return address and procedure.
Return Shipping Policy
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, please notify us within 3-5 business days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of both the product and its packaging. We will promptly arrange a return or a remake for you and cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost will depend on the courier you choose.
Important Reminders
Please carefully inspect your item upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defect, or incorrect product, contact us via worldcustomtable.com within 5 business days and provide clear photos as evidence.
Claims submitted after 5 business days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Signing the delivery receipt or installing the product is considered acceptance of its condition.
As all our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept return or refund requests for delays caused by force majeure events or personal reasons from the customer.
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier or customs clearance. Any rush order fees incurred will not be refunded due to such delays.
Refund
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your returned table. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations (excluding payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, embargoes, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, actions of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
The affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of any Force Majeure Event, providing reasonable details and the expected duration. The affected party’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and performance deadlines extended accordingly.
If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice, without liability, except for obligations accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event. Buyer shall be responsible for any collection costs, including court costs and attorney fees.
Worldcustomtable reserves all legal rights, including lien rights.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears on your statement.
